What the Truck?!
So I strolled on over to the first Edmonton food truck festival after work this evening, appropriately titled What the Truck?!
In spite of the gloomy weather, and even a sprinkle or two of rain Beaver Hills House Park in downtown Edmonton was packed with folks lined up for the best that Edmonton’s food truck community had to offer.

Shrimp Scampi:
This dish is essentially just pasta, shrimp, butter, garlic, white wine and cheese. And to be honest I wasn’t expecting much of it but it was freakin’ delicious and simple.
