(kinda) workin' on the weekend: #yegmediacamp
So in spite of the fact that I’ve been in bed sick for most of the last week I got up bright and early and headed down to the first Edmonton MediaCamp. Never having been to a conference before (and this being dubbed an ‘unconfrence’) I wasn’t sure what to expect.
I really hate the word ‘networking’ I always associate it with fake-y people getting to know you...
Culinary adventure: Thai Cuisine
I love Thai food.
But to be honest at Thai restaurants I’m pretty boring. As soon as I find one that I like I end up ordering the same thing every single time: Pad Thai. So I thought to stretch my culinary muscle I’d attempt to make it at home.
For the most part it’s fairly straight forward.
